5 Minute Easter Fudge Recipe
Do you have 5 minutes? That's all this super easy Easter Fudge recipe will take! Everyone who has tried this fudge loves how it tastes and they all say they'll never go back to doing the work they did with their old recipe.
- 8 oz. of your favorite flavor of Chocoley chocolate.
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 3/4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter (cubed)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- pinch of salt

|1.||Lightly butter an 8 x 8" glass baking pan.|
|2.||In a heavy bottomed 2 quart saucepan combine the sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallows, butter and salt.|
|3.||Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and stir constantly.|
|4.||Remove from heat and add in the vanilla and chocolate.|
|5.||Stir with a rubber spatula until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is completely combined.|
|6.||Pour into buttered baking dish.|
|7.||Cool to room temperature.|
|8.||Refrigerate until firm.|
OPTIONAL: Use Easter shaped cookie cutters to cut fudge into your favorite Easter Shapes!
