Chocolate Covered Bacon Recipe
Perfect for any bacon-lover, this recipe combines two unexpected ingredients to form one spectacular treat!
|1.||Cook bacon according to the instructions on the package. Place cooked bacon on paper towels to drain the grease. Blot with additional paper towels to remove any remaining grease.|
Melt or temper your dark chocolate according to the instructions that you received with your chocolate.
|3.||Dip each slice of bacon into the chocolate, covering as much of the slice as you want. You can dip them partially to have part of the bacon showing, or cover them completely as shown above.|
|4.||Place dipped bacon on Heavy Weight Dipping Sheets.|
|5.||Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set (about 10 minutes)|
|6.||Once the chocolate has set, remove the chocolate covered bacon from the refrigerator.|
|Store in an airtight container at room temperature and low humidity.|
