Chocolate Covered Banana Sandwiches Recipe
This recipe for Chocolate Covered Banana Sandwiches is the perfect nostalgic bite-sized snack. If your childhood memories include snacking on bananas and vanilla wafers, then you will love this recipe! If they don't then I'm sure that this recipe will create new lasting memories.
Ingredients:
- Milk Chocolate, Choose Between:
- Indulgence Ultra Dipping & Enrobing Formula (when tempering)
- Bada Bing Bada Boom Dipping & Enrobing Formula (when not tempering)
- 1 box vanilla wafer cookies
- Bananas
- Non-Pareils: Yellow (optional)
You'll also want:
- Heavy Weight Dipping Sheets (optional)
- Dipping Tools
Method:
| 1. | Slice the bananas into 1/4" thick pieces. |

| 2. | Arrange the slices so that each slice is sandwiched betweent two vanilla wafers. Gently squeeze the sandwich a little bit so that it sticks together | ![]() |
| 3. | Melt your Chocoley Chocolate according to the instructions that came with your chocolate. Melting Instructions for Bada Bing Bada Boom Dipping & Enrobing Formula Tempering Instructions for Indulgence Ultra Dipping & Enrobing Formula |

| 4. | Use a dipping tool to dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate. Turn to coat completely. |

| 5. | Place the dipped banana sandwiches on Heavy Weight Dipping Sheets. |

| 6. | Immediately sprinkle with Non-Pareils (optional) | ![]() |
| 7. | Refrigerate until set (about 10-15 minutes). |

| 8. | Once the chocolate has set, remove from the refrigerator and devour! |

| Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Eat within 2-3 days. | ||
