Chocolate Dipped Mini Cupcakes Recipe
Who says that cupcakes have to be topped with frosting? We here at Chocoley believe that everything is better dipped in chocolate, so we put that theory to the test with these absolutely delicious mini cupcakes! These are perfect for any kind of party or as gift for friends and loved ones!
Ingredients:
- Mini Cupcakes (use your favorite cupcake recipe or use store-bought cupcakes)
- Your favorite flavor of Chocoley Chocolate, Choose Between:
- Bada Bing Bada Boom Dipping & Enrobing Formula (no tempering required)
- Indulgence Ultra Dipping & Enrobing Formula (tempering required)
- Drizzle & Design Chocolate (optional)
Method:
| 1. | Bake the mini-cupcakes according to the recipe or instructions. |
| 2. | When the cupcakes are finished, let them cool completely. |
| 3. | When the cupcakes have completely cooled, melt or temper your favorite flavor of Chocoley Chocolate according to the instructions. Instructions for Melting Bada Bing Bada Boom Dipping & Enrobing Formula Instructions for Tempering Indulgence Ultra Dipping & Enrobing Formula |
| 4. | Hold the mini cupcakes by the base and dip the entire muffin top in the melted chocolate, like frosting. |
| 5. | Place the dipped cupcakes on a tray or cookie sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate has set. |
| 6. | Once the chocolate has set, remove the cupcakes from the refrigerator. |
| 7. | Optional: Decorate your chocolate dipped cupcakes with Drizzle & Design Chocolate and return to the refrigerator until set. |
Store your cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature and low humidity. |
