Molded Candy, Turtles, Clusters, Dipped Products with a THICK Coating (such
as coating for truffle ganache, center filled candy, pretzel rods, and
chocolate dipped apples with no caramel), baking (when you want the
chocolate to hold it's shape, such as chocolate chip/chunk cookies or
brownies), or any other application where a thick chocolate formula is
required.

Couverture Chocolate and use it in just about everything from muffins,
pancakes and even to top oatmeal. What great chocolate! I've served it in a
candy dish for parties and used it for s'mores. Everyone says, "Where did
