Red Candy "Build-A-Bar" Set

These beautiful packaging sets are perfect for spectacular chocolate candy bars or chocolate candy bar barks.

Making memorable chocolate couldn't be easier! Just make your chocolate candy bar in the included mold and add bark toppings if desired. After your bar is set, slide the entire filled mold into the cello bag, seal, and slide into your folded candy box. Use & Care

Plastic Sheet Mold Instructions For Use:

Note: Molds should always be used at room temperature.

1. Fill clean, dry molds with properly prepared chocolate.

2. Tap molds on counter top or work surface several times to remove air bubbles.

3. Using a pastry scraper, bench scraper or offset spatula, scrape excess chocolate off the top of the mold. Excess chocolate can make the finished pieces look amateur and can inhibit release from the mold.

4. Place on a level surface in the refrigerator until set.

5. Once the chocolate is set, remove promptly from refrigerator, usually in 30 minutes or less.

6. De-mold the pieces by turning the mold upside down and gently tweaking.

DO NOT TRY TO PRY PIECES FROM THE CAVITIES.  Chocolate will only release when it is completely set and sharp objects will only damage the finished pieces and potentially damage the molds, inhibiting release or marring the surface, which will mirror the imperfections in your finished pieces. To remove pieces from the mold, follow step 6 above.

Plastic Sheet Mold Care Instructions:

Simply hand wash in lukewarm water, using as little soap as possible. Only use a mild liquid dishwashing detergent. If needed, use a soft, non-abrasive sponge or cotton wash cloth. Hand dry with a soft cotton towel. For the greatest longevity, wash your molds as seldom as possible.

We highly recommend the following "DO NOT" rules with Plastic Sheet Molds:

  • Do NOT wash in the dishwasher.
  • Do NOT use hot water.
  • Do NOT use abrasive detergents.
  • Do NOT use steel wool, scrubber sponges, or other abrasive materials.
  • Do NOT use sharp objects inside the cavities
    (All of the above can scratch or damage the inside of the cavities, inhibiting release or marring the surface, which will mirror the imperfections in your finished pieces).
  • Do NOT air dry (this can leave water spots in the cavities, inhibiting release or marring the surface, which will mirror the imperfections in your finished pieces).
  • Do NOT expose to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).  Make sure to keep molds away from ovens, cook tops or other hot surfaces, and do not place in the freezer for long periods of time.

For ALL packages addressed to a P.O. Box or a U.S. Military address (APO/FPO) and for an economical alternative on lightweight packages being delivered to any U.S. address, Chocoley offers UPS SurePost, a service where UPS picks up and transports the package as part of their UPS Ground service and then hands the package off to the U.S. Postal Service for the last leg of the journey. This service typically takes one day longer than UPS Ground service and Neither UPS or the USPS guarantee delivery times.


Other shipping options including pickup at Alpharetta, GA warehouse are offered when checking out.

Hot Weather Shipping

If your order is being shipped to a location 78° F or warmer (or if it is warmer than 78° in Alpharetta, GA, typically April - October, where this item will be shipping from) we highly recommend that you add an Insulated Cold Pack, based on the weight of chocolate in your order, to ensure your chocolate doesn't melt while in transit. The large Insulated Cold Pack Shipper chills up to 30 lb of chocolate, so, multiple Case orders would require one large Insulated Cold Pack Shipper per 30 lb Case.

If it is currently necessary to add a cold-pack in order to protect your chocolate from melting you will be given the option to add an insulated cold pack from $4.95 to $8.95 at checkout, or you may choose to accept full responsibility for any melting that occurs in transit and decline this option. (Please note: No returns of melted chocolate will be accepted if an insulated cold-pack is recommended for your order and you decline).
