Chocolate For Dipped Items With Thin Coating Of Chocolate

Dipping Chocolate Specially Formulated For Thinner Chocolate Dipping Applications

These dipping chocolate products are ideal for applications when you want a thin coating of chocolate on your finished product so that your chocolate does not completely overwhelm the item it is dipped into. These thinner chocolates will go much further than a thicker product would in a dipping application because less chocolate will be on each finished item. You may be able to make up to twice as many dipped items with a thinner dipping chocolate as you would with a thicker chocolate.

Applications where a thin dipping chocolate is especially desired include cake pops, fruits (chocolate covered strawberries, frozen bananas, etc.), ice cream bars and cones, caramel and cream centers, cookies, bon bons and truffles.
