All of our Belgian style dark chocolate is made from the highest quality ethically traded ingredients and is proudly made in America.

We have perfectly formulated dark melting chocolate, dark dipping chocolate, dark chocolate to make chocolate candy, dark fondue chocolate, dark fountain chocolate, dark baking chocolate, and dark chocolate for making desserts and confections. All of our dark chocolate is available in bulk, with packaging sizes ranging from 1 lb - 30 lbs.

- The Bada Bing Bada Boom Gourmet Compound Chocolate products do NOT require tempering in any application.
- The chocolatier and pastry chef grade Couverture and Ultra Couverture Chocolate products require tempering in candy making applications when the chocolate will harden.
- Just Melt It! Fountain & Fondue Chocolate does not require oil to run in a chocolate fountain or be used for a fondue.
